“The new owners have done some lovely updates around this place. The young man working the front desk was super helpful as well. Just a short walk to downtown and the amusement park.”

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces. The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs. Overall a terrible hotel. The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding. Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Over all it was a nice stay and the staff were very nice. The only complaint the husband had was the shower head felt dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time and the pool felt slimy on the stairs. Laundry services were nice and clean and breakfast was good. It was a pretty quiet stay”

“Some staff were AMAZING and the others were rude. The breakfast has like 10 tables for three floors and the bad staff will yell at you if you try to go back to your room even when there is nowhere to sit. They could just explain, but they choose to yell like you are in pre school”

“Housekeeping was not great. I had to ask if our room would be cleaned as it was past 6pm and was not cleaned. I found out they only clean every three days. This was Sunday. Room serviced Monday but not cleaned until Friday when I asked. There was sticky stuff on the floors and beds were never made. The free breakfast was not very good although the omelet station was good. The location is great for first timers visiting Maine.”

“Des murs en carton, nous étions constamment dérangés par les voisins, un prix exagéré pour l'hébergement de notre animal, va et viens sur le balcon aussi très dérangeant, air climatisé ne fonctionne pas et piscine non disponible. Nous ne retourneront pas à cet endroit.”
