“The rooms weren’t ready at 3 ,we had to wait around for a room to be ready,we were going to the Houston Livestock Show and it took time away from that waiting for a room to be available,the staff were trying to do the best they could but the rooms still should have been ready by 3 atleast,we got there at 2:30 and the this is the first hotel we’ve stayed at that we weren’t able to check in early”

“Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere.”

“Staff were great they couldn’t do enough to help you. The room had an excellent TV and AC unit both looked fairly new. Great location for the Stadium and the car park was the best lit one I have ever seen. Felt safe , we will definitely stay here again if in the area.”
