“The rooms are clean and updated. Staff was always friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. Breakfast and shuttle service is great and tipped the scale in Hyatt’s House’s favor when it came to booking a hotel. I have already booked my next stay. ”

“We had appointments at MD Anderson and this hotel was perfect for our stay. They worked with us on our accommodations and we really liked the restaurant on the premises. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. It’s very close to the hospital and made for a comfortable stay while receiving treatment. Highly recommend!”

“Pay attention to parking garage and fee, but thankfully it is low and worth it. The room was comfortable and autistic child safe in climbing. The ice machine isn't that far from the elevator which is nice. The staff...all staff were kind and when needed helpful.”

We spent two days in the hospital with a friend. We came home each night and wanted to go to the bar to have one drink. The first night we waited a bit and then was served on. The second night, we waited longer than we wanted to, and just simply left.”

If you get the chance, go up to the tower - the view is absolutely beautiful! The beds were incredibly comfy, and I slept like a rock after a long day. Nic, the manager, was so personable and made us feel right at home, taking time to explain everything as we got settled. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!”
