“Staff was delightful and check in was efficient. We were greeted each evening of our stay by the young man at the front desk and he was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good, hot, and readily available.”

“With an arrival scheduled past midnight, and too late to pick up a rental car, we booked this property based on the close proximity to the airport and the 24/7 on demand shuttle service. Both were good. We did have to wait quite a while for the shuttle . . . but the delay was explained by a wonderfully friendly shuttle driver, explaining he was very low on gas and had to stop to fill up. In the morning, the staff cheerfully insisted on driving me across the street to the rental car...

“Booked at this hotel because of airport shuttle last minute when our flight was canceled. Pick up was great but when got to hotel they informed us that shuttle service starts at 4am. We needed to leave clise to 4 but was already booked so had to take uber. ”

“Breakfast quality was good, although pancake maker wasn’t working and they ran out of plates and forks and knives. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well. The blackout shade in my room wouldn’t raise and it needed definite replacement. The tub needed bleach cleaning and upgrading. The staff? Excellent, professional, kind and caring. ”

“We stayed here when we visited Whitney plantation. It was a great stay. They had a breakfast with a few things to choose from. The rooms were clean and I slept really well. ”

“I have stay there many time before.now it’s seem to have drop,like up keeping cleaning. The carpet need to be taken up you cant can’t walk around in room with shoe off.”
