“What a perfect spot! Alisa has a charming location and all the amenities. The studio is spacious and clean and the check-in is really simple. She’s very helpful and understanding. This place is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and stores or a perfect bike ride to everywhere. I will definitely book again and recommend this place to friends.”

“I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

“The walk to the beach everyday was awesome! We didn't have to worry about driving or parking, it was all in a walkable distance. There are plenty of choices for eating, relaxing, and entertainment. Of all the places we ate, our favorite was the Duck Dive. They had the best Black & Bleu Steak Salad and Steak and Lobster Tail!! I highly recommend eating here.”

“This place was a great location! It was a 12min walk to the beach, lots of great restaurants! Parking spot is for a compact vehicle, but plenty street parking which was totally safe. It was a lower level 2bdrm property which was very quiet and would definitely stay here again! ”

“Very conscientious owners. Very clean. Exactly what we expected. Comfy beds.Know that the parking is tight and not easy when the downstairs neighbor is home. Need to know how to back up down a long driveway.Stairs to the unit are EXTRA steep (long rise and run). “location was perfect for our needs. its nice to have the grocery store right next to us. secured building!One thing to make note of is the parking. we had a medium size SUV. parking is tight, if you have a large truck or suv it will be very tight. ”

“Cute well appointed place! Great! Owner came and changed the door handles to make more secure during our stay! Had a slight mishap w/ a lamp- prop manager was so gracious and did not penalize. Thank you anchors aweigh! Will stay again”

“This little beach house had it all, though we didn’t get to enjoy it to its full potential. We used it for sleep and showering and we were out and about. But I would definitely rent again maybe for longer and actually take advantage of all it has to offer. ”

“Came to visit our daughter and the place was perfect for us. Parking was easy and the checkin process couldn’t have been better. Location was great with bars, restaurants, the ocean and bay all within walking distance.”
