“The staff was amazing! Perfect view. The only negative is the sargassum. On some days it smelled really bad.”

Breakfast was really good with different options, and included two different juice types that changed daily. Also coffee and ice water. The staff was very attentive to our needs, booking massages, golf cart rentals, and outings. Would 11/10 recommend this hotel. ”

“All of the staff were extremely nice and professional. The property Is very well maintained and gorgeous. The 2 bedroom ocean view was spacious and directly on the beach. During my stay the occupancy was low and some services which were told would be available such as room service was not. I had to walk to the restaurant and order then wait for my food. Also because of low occupancy the poolside restaurant and pizza place closed early as well. It would have been helpful to have this information...

The sliding glass door on one-side was shattered, one of the bathroom windows was also broken, the left sliding glass door wouldn’t lock and or close ( eventually fixed) the sofa and comforter cover were both stained. I felt that my complaints were met with frustration by the front desk staff.
