“My family and I had a great time there. It is clean, the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, the appliances were in good working order, and it was incredibly cozy. We had three adults, two teenagers, and a dog, and yet it felt incredibly spacious. We left an hour before it started snowing, so we’re hoping to redo this trip next winter. At least we know where we’ll be staying. :)”

“Our 2nd time staying here and won't be the last. Very affordable right in the middle of town on Big Bear Blvd. Walking distance to most restaurants. Staff is EXCELLENT and very friendly. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. I would like a slightly larger tv in the bedroom but that's not a deal breaker for us.”

“The rooms were clean and so quaint, very roomy, nice hot showers, and the fireplace/heater worked great! The staff were each do delightful & friendly. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious!! Definitely worth the stay. Thank you for the complimentary popcorn/drinks/tea. We had an amazing stay ”

“The bath fan didn't work so there was mold on the ceiling and not great when somebody else used the bathroom. Toilet was so small it was uncomfortable. We got pretty bad sleep because of how noisy the neighbors were and how thin the walls were. Could hear everything. Good location and good customer service brought it up to a three star.”

“Gorgeous property right on the lake! Easy walking to the marina for boating activities and super close to town and restaurants and the village! The restaurant on site Del Nonna is super fun and yummy and you can eat in a bubble dome. Highly recommend at night when the little twinkling lights are on. We came for spring break and luckily came on the first day that the lake opened the only thing that was a disappointment was the complimentary bikes weren’t available to use.”

“The Hotel near the lake is fairly quiet. Great blinds, curtains, large bathtub in my upstairs room. WiFi didn’t work in my room, it was a slight inconvenience for me, I guess that it’s down, not strong enough or something. The room is spacious. I was very comfortable. View of the lake was nice. There was construction during my stay but it was bearable. I highly recommend booking direct and save lots!”
