“ Clean room, pool was cold, showe”

“The lady when I checked in was nice and polite. Room was clean. Breakfast was what you expected for a budget hotel. Waffles, cereal, prepackaged danishes. The danishes were moldy. Both packs that I opened. The pitcher for the milk looked like it needed to be cleaned yesterday. Tv did not work. When I tried to say something about breakfast, the front desk stayed unmanned. If you're just passing through, it's not a bad spot. ”

“This was a handicap room. My 93 year old mother could barely get around in the room with her walker. A wheelchair would never be able to fit in this room. I could not see the numbers on the door while looking for our room. The force of water in the shower was very light. There was no butter for toast or waffles in the morning. The coffee was cold. I had to take it back to the room and heat in the microwave. ”

“Breakfast was fresh but limited and menu was the same both Saturday and Sunday. Parking was excellent. Rooms very clean and comfortable. ”

“Hotel was better the previous time we stayed there. This time … under renovation, intermittent WiFi, breakfast was ok on Saturday and Tuesday but not Sunday or Monday. ”

The staff is nothing but welcoming and so helpful with any questions or concerns we had. not to mention the breakfast is always good with so many options for everyone!! everything else is also clean and organized such as the breakfast bar, normal bar, pool, gym, etc! this is our second time staying here and this will always be our first choice hotel!!”

“Friendly staff. Clean room, comfy beds, ok breakfast, not a lot of selection - enough for a light water only, the heater in our room was broken. ”

“It really is a nice hotel. The staff was kind and friendly and Erica is BAR NONE!!! She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease about my entire stay even when I grew ancie about something! As for the breakfast. Not the best for kosher eaters. They served pork the entire 5 days I was there except for one!! As well, children were touching the breads and muffins and then returning them!! Gross!! Parents were not monitoring them!!! Will, great technician who took care of the bed...

“Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later”
