“The staff were extremely accommodating and kind. They take care of you. The hotel is top tier and was phenomenal. I will book again if in the area. There is a restaurant that is connected that is great. Great coffee. It’s in a nice part of the area.”

“Beautiful new and modern hotel. Noisy neighbors until very late. Excessive paperwork to check in and it’s crazy to be offered insurance to buy to cover damage that may occur.”

“La realidad es que fuera de todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel, se cuela mucho ruido de la calle. Una noche se dio una boda en el restaurante y el sonido estuvo fuera de control.”

“The property is in front a avenue the noise is light but on weekend there is open LP music bar from the 60 and 70 spanish music that the people inside singing louder. They finish at 2am to 4.”

“The check in process was done quickly. The room was smaller than I expected but it worked for the two of us . The staff was eager to help with tours and reminded us of the time we should be ready . I had no issues nor complaints. The day before check out we had asked for some bathroom amenities and we got it in less than 5 minutes. Additionally I’m an English speaker and I didn’t have any communication issues. I’m definitely staying here again on my next visit.”

“La atención del personal, recepción, limpieza es muy buena, cálida y humana. Todo está muy limpio, se ve pulcro y huele muy bien. Me encantó nuestra estadía. Está muy bien ubicado en un área segura y queda muy cerca del parque Belén.”

“Checking in after hours was a little difficult if you don’t speak Spanish, using the robot at front desk. Definitely needed more towels in apartment and more pots for cooking”
