“The staff was very nice and accommodating. They helped me move things around when my flight was delayed by a day. The only issue I had was the lock on our door was broken. However, when we alerted staff they put a new lock in the door and our vacation kept moving right along!.”

“The whole staff especially”

“Great spot and great staff! We stayed in the condos - they were great, clean, lots of room - gonna try the casitas next time. One note - if you decide to drive yourself, Google took us thru Chunox on the way up, which is slow and very rutted- (there is a new paved road and bridges between Corozal and the resort that Google doesn't seem to know about), but for us, the road up from Belize City thru Orange Walk and thru Progresso to the resort was a better route than thru Chunox”
