“We really enjoyed our overnight stay - the hotel room was modern and very clean. The staff friendly and it was such a bonus they allowed us to have our dog with us, Genuinely recommend - it was great.”

“Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great.”

“Facility appears to have modernised recently. Very nice to walk into the room. Water scalding hot for shower, so that was a beautiful surprise. Riya at reception - outstanding. Asset to the place. Nice BBQ area in full view of room. Could leave kids in room and felt safe about it”

“Room still had vomit on thr bunk beds and on the curtains. Floors very grubby. We just need a place to sleep for a few hours, so didnt complain. Then left early morning, never to return.”

“Arrived late and received a courtesy call from staff advising of parking options and entry instructions which were easy and efficient. Easy stroll to restaurants and supermarket for dinner and snacks. Pool looked so inviting, sad we didn’t bring our togs. Room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We were just passing through, a shame we couldn’t stay. ”

“The room was clean and a good size, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. I thought it could do with a couple of comfortable chairs and the remote didn’t work for the TV probably only needed new batteries”

“The Motel, was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities. However upon arrival the gentleman behind the desk was not that friendly gave me the keys, said if I needed anything else he would be in the office until 9pm he didn’t direct me to my room I had to walk around to find my room number so I could drive my car there. No information about where to leave the keys, or Whyfie”

“The room too small not value for money. Didn’t get the room I booked. Shower wasn’t working properly.”

“The air con could not keep room warm enough at night. Mould in the bathroom, doors would jam, cupboards are falling apart, etc. Barely 2 star accommodation. In major need of upgrades and maintenance.”
