“Great spot to take a stay-cation! The property was nicely kept, the RV was spacious enough for our family of 6 plus two fur-babies! Lovely spot to enjoy some much needed family time without the hustle and bustle, but with all the comforts necessary, plus more! The private beach was fun to explore! Can't wait to visit again.”

“I was in Llano for the Crawfish Open. Needed a clean room with good a/c and a hot shower. Didn't spend a lot of time there but it was just what I needed. They are currently doing some renovations/updates so I expect it will be even better next year. Not a luxury hotel but a good base from which to explore this neat little city. ”

“It met my basic requirements of safe, quiet, and only a few miles away from the 35th annual Crawfish Festival. The inside of the room was clean with nothing broken and no holes in the walls. The office was open and attended from when I showed up around 10:30pm to when I checked out the next morning about 8am and the attendant was friendly and professional. I would stay here again!”
