“This loft is very cute, a perfect location if you are visiting UARK. The management company, Cohova, is very responsive. Beds are very comfortable. Check in/out process was very easy. Great options for eating and shopping nearby. Just a few tips if you are staying here:- there isn’t an iron/ironing board - you might bring extra towels, depending on how many are in your family or how long you stay. There are only 4 towels- if you plan to use the pull out couch, bring bed pillows for it. Sheets...

“Beautifully decorated, ultra-comfortable over-the-garage apartment. Centrally located so that there is a lot that is walkable. So many wonderful extras and small touches provided by the host (nice shower products, excellent coffee, small snacks, bluetooth speaker to use, etc) made our stay extra special. Highly recommend for a great Bentonville getaway!”
