“Check in didn’t go smoothly and had to change from a double bed room to a single bed room. After check in, our room didn’t have towels and didn’t smell clean.”

“No hot water at 6:45 am. We let the hot water faucet run at least 15 continuous minutes in bathroom with COLD water coming out. I went downstairs to front desk and asked if breakdown of hot water heater. Attendant asked if I had tried shower faucet and I replied No. I then went upstairs and tried shower faucet it eventually got warm enough to use. My wife and I tried both sinks in bathroom and in kitchen area twenty minutes later, still COLD. No shaving today. Disappointed barely describes the...
