“Purtroppo al momento sono molto delusa. La camera risulta con mobilio molto datato e rovinato. La te da del bagno sulla vasca è tutta strappata. La sedia della scrivania fa veramente “schifo”. Ho fatto una foto anche se non penso di poterla pubblicare. La zona è poco raccomandabile. “We were hardly in our room as we booked this to visit Graceland ect and by the time we got back to the hotel it was time to sleep our bed wasn’t even assembled with the right parts. “When we arrived at Hilton Memphis, we were told they were overbooked and did not have a room available for us, even after accepting our payment. Nor were we notified before arrival this was an issue. We were sent across the street to a Marriott property, who did not provide the amenities we paid for at the Hilton. No refunds offered, no transportation provided to new location, no breakfast included at the marriott that we paid for at the Hilton. Very disappointing.”

“This property needs new windows; a very loud noise from the air conditioning systems of adjacent buildings—as shown in the attached photos—was coming into our room day and night.
We had requested a room that was not connected to others by an adjoining door, but this preference was not honored. We had to complain and ask to change rooms immediately after checking in.
However, the most serious issue is the room's poor soundproofing; you can hear trains and cars even on the fourteenth floor.”
