“The hotel was very clean walls are paper thin but that was ok the only thing I don't understand and its not the first hotel that I been that do not have fans in the bathroom. I truly do not understand. But other than that no complaints.”

“My overall stay exceeded my expectations!! I brought my son here for his birthday and he enjoyed himself. The ambiance when you walk is beautiful. The customer service was incredible. The room was nice and clean. I'll definitely visit again. Thanks for a great stay Best Western Plus!!”

“Everything about our stay was great. Loved the pool area, the kick back food options were fantastic. The hot breakfast was one of the best! Everything was clean and tge staff was so kind, helpful, and polite. The assistant manager who helped check us in was so personable and friendly. ”

“We have never stayed in a Townsuites by Marriot before and this is a very nice hotel. Beds are comfortable and rooms are extremely spacious. The lighting in bathroom and room were great compared to so many now that you can barely see. Great breakfast included in great price! I highly recommend this place to stay at!”

“This was my second visit in six weeks. We wanted on son to experience the house and Birmingham. As my previous experience, it was lovely and we enjoyed the bird house room more. The bird house truly suits a family and my husband and son enjoyed having a TV in the room. I'm also happy to see some of my previous suggestions were implemented in just a couple of weeks. My best experience is still the other guests as well as the house. I will be back but it will not be so soon 😭😂.”

“7 units on 1 floor of the building. First class operation. Heavy Suite was large, comfortable and clean. Free parking (next door) is easy & secure. Appears to be recent remodel. Angie at front desk was wonderful. Great location with good dining in walking distance. Felt safe walking in the area. Absolutely 100% satisfied with experience. ”

“We were only here for one night but we were very surprised how big our room was. Very nice area as well. The area was quiet, but the air conditioner was making a weird noise but other than that, we liked our stay and hotel. Also, super easy to watch TV and the streaming services were easy. ”

“Nice hotel, suite had 2 beds + sofa bed, full fridge, stove, pans, dishes, silverware, nice gated pool for little ones, only complaint pool was shaded by building/ a bit cold for night time swimming and the door from the pool to the lobby key access didn’t work, got locked out had to take long way around back in from pool, also hotels always confusing what smart tv apps are paid for and how to use each if not logged in when you turn on the tv”
