“Really liked the layout of the King suite Space well utilized. The pool was very clean”

“The elevator and pool were both out of service at check-in. No one offered a call or message inform us of these use inconveniences. During our visit the elevator was supposed to leave repaired then time we try to use it we were stuck in the elevator and had to call Emergency Services. The pool area had a foul smell and the motor was not running so the water was not being filtered although the out of service sign had been removed the next day. Even after we were stuck in the elevator today there...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner. The shower was dirty in the corners and growing the pink bacteria. The tile in the corners and edges were dirty.”

“This was my worst experience. No refrigerator, no microwave, dirty bathtub, holes in the walls in the bathroom, no hot water, AC barely works, blood stains on the sheets, before you spend your money here, go someone where else. People staying at the hotel, grills outside, smoking drugs and etc.”
