“I was disappointed to find the room smelled terrible, the bed was not properly made, the carpet was dirty and the water sprinkler appeared to be hanging by a thread. When I tried to contact the owner about the issues and my early checkout, which was necessitated by the room's condition, they evaded my calls and directed me through a third party, refusing to refund my money. The check-in and checkout process was also slow due to the staff being busy, likely because they were understaffed.”

We were told at check in AND the sign in the lobby stated breakfast went until 10am on weekends and holidays. This morning was Memorial Day and by 9:01 breakfast was being cleared.
