“Upon arriving at the Confort inn for our stay we arrived in our room. Tried to turn on the tv and nothing worked. We went to the front desk for batteries assuming that was the issue but come to find out the tv was unplugged and the power cord wasn’t plugged in once the staff came up to help. “I arrived after 3 and my room was not ready, not a big deal so they can make sure it’s clean. It wasn’t. There was a penny and all kinds of debris around the toilet, brown smears on the wall near the toilet paper, parts of the wall and shower were coming off onto the floor. They advertised they had a gym, which was why I booked it, and it’s completely gone. I have kindly requested a refund and have not heard anything back. ”
