"La sistemazione è in una posizione comoda, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Per il livello di comfort offerto il prezzo è un po' alto ma prevedibile in una località svizzera in piena stagione.
Tuttavia dobbiamo segnalare un doppio errore: prima ci è stata addebitata la tassa di soggiorno al doppio del prezzo previsto. Per fortuna ci siamo accorti e ci hanno accordato il rimborso (senza scusarsi). Un errore può capitare, salvo che al check-out la tassa di soggiorno ci è stata chiesta nuovamente. Ho dovuto fare vedere gli addebiti sulla mia carta di credito per evitare di pagarla di nuovo!"

"The staff at the reception was very kind and informative, the room was spacious, modern and generally nice, however there is no closed wardrobe but shelves and space to hang clothes. It's ok if you stay only for one nigth while it could be a limitation for a longer stay. It should also be clearly specified in the hotel information that there is no lift to go up to the room floors. Breakfast is of a good standard but is absolutely disappointing for those accustomed to sweets: no cake, no biscuits, or sweet pastries. I had to fill some small brioches (savoury...) with jam to satisfy my sweet tooth. However, a positive thing is that in front of the hotel there is a stop for a bus that takes you to the city center in less than 15 minutes."
