“Great location, walk to coffee and restaurants, huge room, clean and comfortable, great view of Shasta from the courtyard”

“Overall great stay! Only complaint is the window coverings, they give you privacy but do not block the sunlight at all. If you want to sleep past 8 am you should bring a sleep mask otherwise the room will be filled with light. A small investment in black out drapes would make a world of difference.”

“Room was immaculate and well appointed. Fixtures and furnishings are modern. Comfortable bed, climate control was great. Check in and check out were easy/completed by phone/browser. Room was quiet and comfy. Lots of young families and solo travelers like me. Only thing I heard was the train horn. :) Highly recommended. I’ll be back in the fall when I come through to fish again!”

“Am told the owner of this motel is having issues. The rooms are check out at the Hi-Lo motel across the street. My two big complaints are the room smelled of mold, and the sheets were stained. Some other reviewer had mold in their rooms. Maybe it wasn't addressed correctly? The rooms are supposedly non smoking, but there are several old chairs and ashtrays in front of the motel room windows. The occupant next to my room was smoking in the chair next to my window. “Smelly, old, dated furniture, king bed had taken 90% of the space. This dump needs to be rebuilt from scratch. Arrived at 3 and was told it will cost me more to check an hour early! Just awful. Paid 150 for garbage! I feel cheated! Stay away from this dump.”

“We had paid for an adjoining bedroom, but it had not been cleaned. There were some indications, such as dust on the windowsill and a plastic bottle cap under the dresser, that they don’t pay a lot of attention to cleaning. The hotel is very close to the interstate, and if it weren’t for the noisy window air conditioner, the sound of traffic would’ve been too much. “About as basic as it gets but ok”

“The room information book in the room said that breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays was served until 10 am. Surprisingly found out it was until 9:00 am. No instructions at reception. Ice bucket with no liners. Overall, needs a new coat of paint and new carpets. Swimming pool abandoned.”

“Motel nuovo o rinnovato di recente. Non ha una reception e le chiavi si ritirano nel diner li accanto, nessuna difficoltà poiché è aperto 24 ore. La camera era spaziosa, semplice ma molto pulita. L'albergo è su due piani e non ha ascensore.. Per me non è stato comunque un problema. Anche la colazione (abbondante) si consuma presso il diner.”

“I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night.”
