“The hotel was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. However, there were a few issues. The a/c was so noisy in our first room that we ended up needing to change rooms. And little issues like constantly running toilets and exceptionally loud ceiling fans in the bathroom,that came on with the light, showed up in both rooms. “The room had a bad smell and hallways were very warm. There was a smell of mildew that was strong. The staff that checked us in was somewhat rude, but the staff in the morning was very helpful. The morning staff held an item we had left so we could pick it up at a later time.”
