“Our room smelled. I sprayed perfume and had the cleaning lady spray her freshner all around but it still smelled. I dont know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. But the smell would not go away. And we were there 7 days. We didn’t want to move rooms, it would just have been too hard.”

“The hotel was nice and the staff were quite accommodating. However, there were a few issues. The a/c was so noisy in our first room that we ended up needing to change rooms. And little issues like constantly running toilets and exceptionally loud ceiling fans in the bathroom,that came on with the light, showed up in both rooms. “My stay was completely ruined by a terrible odor in the room — musty, stale, and impossible to ignore. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.”
