“Served the basic needs of night to sleep, place to freshen up. The pics do not reflect the property's current condition. The floor has boards not maintained and raised. Hurt heel and big toe walking between bed and bathroom a few times at night. Bathroom door appears to have seen better days as few broke/bashed patches. “I have to say that the rooms were very clean. Staff were very professional and the breakfast was awesome especially the coffee. We had the pleasure to meet the Manager, Ashley Baker who was very gracious, professional and kind. She helped my sisters and I with a situation. I highly recommend this if you need a place to stay while in Texas. Thank you Ashley Baker.”

“We liked the economical price was the reason I looked at The Residency, but the cleanliness, location to my destination, and friendliness of staff is why I will go back. The room was very clean and well lit. No USB ports so bring enough chargers with USBs. We absolutely loved the shower design. I do not know if every shower is the same design. But ours was cool.
