“Friendly staff”

“I was happy with my stay at your hotel. The rate was fair and the staff were friendly and professional. Nice place to stay when visiting Katy. Thank you.”

“Only two of the receptionists were helpful and polite. The “light” continental breakfast looked like rats had attacked it. There was a (used) condom in the elevator, a bottle of baby oil was left in my room from a previous guest so they don’t clean very well, and the a/c in my room was broken so it was unbearably cold.”

“Room was very filthy!! - blankets had brown stains. - room was not cleaned properly ( hand prints in bed back board ) - hairs on bed sheets. - all towels had brown stains. - bathroom had hairs all over. - mirrors had prints. - carpets were very dirty with stains. Hotel is in need of a lot of maintenance. I need to mention that I paid 100 dlls for the room. I guess you get what you paid for.”

“For some reason prices skyrocketed to $214 for one night which included stained sheets, was told they are clean just stained, still asked for new sheets and they only replaced one. Under the bed had dirt and the microwave did not work. Room felt sticky even with the AC full blast and one of the locks was taped over so we could not use. Not worth $214 for one night”

“The double room with the queen size beds aren’t queen size, they were full size. It was false advertising. I will not be suggesting them to other people for that exact reason”

“If you book here and ask for handicap room no guarantee you’ll get it. I asked for one and did not stay in one, even though through Expedia, I did have handicap when I got to the location. It was a regular room. I told the front desk about it and they told me they didn’t see it. even though something was said no room was changed”

“The listing does not say you share the property with strangers. I had my kids with me and I could not sleep there because i dont let my kids sleep around strangers. I own my own home I wouldn't have booked the location to let them have a night out if I would have known we would be sharing the house with multiple seperate guest.”

“The exterior looked far better than the interior. The interior, including the 3rd floor hallway, wreaked of urine and smoke. The room itself didn't smell of urine and smoke so that was a small relief. The bed did not have bed bugs, but my usual search for bed bugs (I do this at every hotel no matter what) revealed a mattress so old that it was probably original to the property. Staying here was a mistake.”

“Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor.”

“We loved our stay here. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and around many restaurants and shopping, there is a CVS at walking distance. The rooms were clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. When we checked in almost at 11pm, we had an issue with the room and the frost desk staff helped us to switch rooms immediately. She was warm and very welcoming. Truly appreciated that! The breakfast was reasonable and many options to choose from. I will definitely stay here again....
