“We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.”

“I booked a Premier room with sea view. About 6 weeks ago. They phoned me on the day of my stay saying that Expedia had made a mistake and they had to relocate my stay to a different hotel with a bog standerd room with a lovely room (not) facing the car park but theres only one thing i didn't book threw Expedia ..they ripped us off ...”

“When I arrived I had been informed that I actually booked two rooms when I pointed out that I only needed 1 I suggested if we could sell it on could it be a problem she didnt help one little bit she insisted I must pay for two I then asked could I pay for it using a credit card and she said I only take cash and it must be paid up front so I was shafted before my stay had started I felt like telling her to stick it where the sun doesnt shine would not stay here again ”

“We had room 20 it was clean cosy and had a working tv and remote . There was plenty of coffee tea and milk. Bed was comfy and we were given fresh towels . Shower was nice and hot . Absolutely brilliant for a budget hotel . I would stay again . ”
