“The staff in general were very welcoming, courteous and knowledgeable. The hotel itself very beautiful very well kept. Lobby and Hallways smelled nice and did the decor was great. Our room was nice and the shower was amazing. We did have a slight musty order coming from the rug. May need to be replaced soon. Other than that, we had a great weekend. Will return soon. Thank you.!!”

“When booking the room, the cleaning service is indicated daily. In reality we discovered that the room cleaning service is carried out once every 3 days and in the last 5 days of our stay it was never carried out. For this reason the judgment can only be poor.”

“Kitchen is run down, counter tops faded, appliances out dated, cabinets laminate is peeling off and door hanging uneven. Bathroom is from the 60's and had mold. Temperature was very hard to stabilize, still have window AC units in all windows, which cause a huge draft in 15 degree weather. This is far from a luxury property and I was switched to this property and had tried to get a credit from what I originally rented and did not hear back from anyone. ”

“Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”
