“Wonderful service provided by front staff, breakfast had lots of variety felt satisfied with the service. But the i gave 4 star and not 5 is the lady at breakfast. First of all she saw me struggling with waffle maker, instead of saying anything she just started preparing waffle for me. And after that i saw her being polite and greeting other customers but with us she didn’t even smile or greet us. I felt little bad about that. I don’t want to say she is being racist maybe there can be another...

“We enjoyed our visit to Collingwood. The room that we were given was huge, it had a king size bedroom plus a living and dining room as well as a large walk in shower. The first 4 floors are part of a Retirement Residence. We were on the 6 th floor. My husband and I were helping a family move, it was tiring work and our accommodations made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool and hot tub is definitely a bonus”

“The location was good, walking distance to restaurants and the Main Street. A short drive to Blue Mountain Village. The room was clean, fresh and the beds were comfortable. The parking was convenient just outside the door, no hallways.”

“The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Out King suite was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking our own meals. The indoor and outdoor pools were warm and refreshing. A great place to stay!”
