“Great stay. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable.”

“Bed sheets and pillow cases didn’t smell fresh and had a weird smell to them. Towel had foundation makeup all over it. Room overall smelled old and musty. Sofa looked and smelled old. Weird sewage smell on the first floor towards exit to the village area. Staff was nice and accommodating.”

“It was a disgusting experience. Room was extremely dirty and the carpets in the hallway smelled of feet. Staff said they are unable to do anything. Even room felt like it was not cleaned in days. Very very disappointed.”

“A really nice spot. Rough top area is great (and was a surprise!). The folks who helped us were great. Two small things: 1. VIP check-in desks had two people who were not helping a large line of folks checking in. I understand wanting to save at least one VIP spot just in case, but having two hotel staff chat with each other beside us while waiting in a large line was upsetting. 2. The pool towels were out. We asked for more 3 times, and no one came with more.”
