“There was a lot of banging and shutting doors into the late night and early morning. I know there renovations being done but there should be a cut off time and start time that doesn’t interrupt customers. ”

“This was the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and the beds were so comfortable! We used the gym and although small, it had everything we needed to get in a good workout. The included breakfast had more options than expected and the dining area was so clean. The staff were all amazing, from check in to check out. If you are a light sleeper, the location is next to the highway so there is some noise but it was to be expected. Overall, we had an amazing stay!”

“The room is clean, nice, and roomy. The breakfast is more grab and go with bagel, juice, and boiled eggs. Our door lock didn’t work with the misaligned plate but everything else are functioning.”

“Handicapable bathroom was terrific! Pool nice sized and good temp... warm ..not hot or cold. Hot breakfast different every day. Bottomless coffee. Nice bar for happy hour and casual dinner. Nice business room and workout room. Quiet as I was there weekdays..the walls may be thin if it's at capacity. For older facility it is well maintained. ”

“The staff didn’t communicate effectively between shifts and I was unable to check-in because I communicated to Ben that I was arriving after 2am due arriving in Columbus, Ohio around 12:30pm. My flight as delayed so I arrived around 3:18am and didn’t even comp a room for me. Customer service could be improved throughout my stay. ”

“There was no WiFi. When we arrived the line to check in wrapped around the entrance. We waited our turn to check in when we were told the TVs are not working either.”

“I wanted to try the pool it’s very inviting. Heather was very helpful and the maintenance man came promptly and fixed an issue. ”

“PET friendly for $25 a night”

“Stopped at four different locations along I75 on our way from Michigan to Florida and back. This hotel was by far the best we experienced for a comparable price. We paid $10 for two people for the breakfast but it was well worth the money. Would recommend this hotel for a one night stay or more.”
