“Good location in downtown Santa Rosa. Staff were friendly. Free breakfast and parking with the stay. We liked that there was a lot of natural light in the room and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. We brought our dog and it was very dog-friendly.”

“I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first.
