The accommodations were great, but in 78 years I have never encountered such genuine hospitality consistently during my entire five day stay.”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”

Very clean room, large comfy bed with plenty of pillows as well as a nice cozy living area with sofa, chair and big screen tv Very friendly staff made it a breeze to check in. Wonderful free breakfast offered at 6:30 in the morning. I slept better than at my own bedroom.”

“Stanza con carpet molto sporco, per 2 giorni consecutivi non hanno pulito la stanza se non dopo ripetute richieste. Colazione inclusa sufficiente. Letti molto comodi. A 20 minuti di macchina da downtown Charleston quindi posizione molto comoda. ”

“L'hôtel non vale certamente i soldi pagati. Lo stabile necessita una una buona manutenzione e soprattutto i materassi dovrebbero essere cambiati.per due persone sono estremamente piccoli ( il tipo Queen normalmente consente un buon sonno a due persone). La colazione è limitata all'essenziale con poche scelte.”

“Everything from the moment I walked through the main door, Ms.Toni had such a welcoming smile greeting me to the moment I checked out. I was in town for work & was accidentally booked at another hotel that was not so pleasant whatsoever, so I moved to Spring Hill suites the very next morning. While explaining my previous night stay elsewhere, Toni did everything to accommodate me in order to make my stay even better to help make up for my previous night, even tho it wasn’t at a Spring Hill...
