“We’re absolutely thrilled with our stay! The property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind. Sadly, my son left his favorite stuffed animal behind, and the staff were so helpful in answering my calls and searching for it. We’re still keeping our fingers crossed that the stuffed animal is still around and that the cleaning crew didn’t accidentally dispose of it! 🙏”

“After a long road trip, my family and I were looking forward to resting and relaxing. However, upon entering our room, we observed several issues that were concerning. One of the sofa bed cushions was damaged and in very poor condition, and the bathroom’s bottle holder was heavily stained. “We loved our weekend stay. The staff was very pleasant and hellpful. Our room was very roomy and spaciouse as well as comfortable for the two of us. I recommended for a couple gateway. Its in the middle of bothe the wineries and Old Town(5 minute drive). We would stay here again!”

“The staff was really super & helpful with anything I brought to their attention that they were able to accommodate. Now for the inn itself: Soaps, shower gel, etc. were nice: conveniently located on the wall in the shower. The room came with microwave & fridge, that was great. Floors were laminate wood look & were cold on the feet without socks & slippery when wearing socks. There was loud construction going on in rooms on my floor for a day or two. “Pet friendly. Next to a major highway so there was constant noise. Breakfast is a waffle maker and some wrapped pastries. The hotel is also next to a busy plaza strip so there are constant trucks bringing in merchandise to the merchants. The hotel is best if you are just passing thru for the night. ”

“This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing. ”

“Unfortunately, our "Anniversary Get-A-Way" did not go as planned! The hotel/casino runs on a "skeleton crew" in all aspects of the hotel/casino during the week. Only on Thursday-Sunday do they have more staff, gaming, etc. The Spa has never re-opened since after COVID (a dealer stated that they will never open back up) So much for a romantic "couples massage." Only 2 restaurants and 1 cafe were open while we were there. The other restaurants are open only later in the week/weekend, forcing...

“The staff were great. The young men at evening check in were very professional and polite. We were disappointed in our room. There was a bad smell, like smelly feet. The air freshener the staff brought up didn’t fix it. We slept with the windows open. Otherwise I like the layout of the rooms, breakfast was good. The common areas were a good workspace. ”

“Great stay overall. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, especially the beds—soft sheets and pillows made it easy to relax. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. Location is excellent and convenient for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.”
