“Our stay overall would have been pleasant if not for the hateful staff member in the breakfast area between 8 and 9 a.m. I accidentally spilled some cereal trying to figure out the dispenser and she came at me like a charging bull, wanting to know why I had spilled the cereal. I apologized. She wouldn't acknowledge me; just rolled her eyes and left me standing there in shock at her rudeness. They couldn't pay me to stay there again. “The room was completely nasty to the taped up refrigerator and the dirty curtains and the random holes in the wall I almost did not feel safe staying at this place to the creepy people watching me enter my room I don’t think I will be returning back to this place just overall the room was filthy I did not want to touch or sit anywhere an there sat in the corner was a stained old chair yea no I won’t be coming back ”

“Too expensive for what you get ”

“Pool closed during spring break. Hallway floors and elevator not very clean ”

“Breakfast selection was minimal and not great; watery eggs and thin bacon that didn’t look done, no other sides. My king bed had 4 mini pillows like for your sofa! When asked to replace them, they said that they didn’t have any more pillows. I will not be returning there! ”

“Hotel buono per rapporto qualità prezzo. Pregi. La buona posizione, Facilità di parcheggio. Posizione tranquilla. La camera anche se è piccola ha tutto il necessario. Difetti. Camera piccola e con arredamento datato, poco adatto per un lungo soggiorno. Colazione scarsa, poca scelta di cibo, di qualità dubbia. Condizionatore e frigorifero rumorosi. ”

“I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure. Keeps me and my family coming back when visiting our daughter at CNU”

“Safe parking fresh breakfast friendly staff oil could have been heated ”

“1° room: bad smell; there were no towels in the first day; hairs in the bathroon 2° room: towels in the fridge”

“Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. Beyond that staff was extremely nice and helpful. ”

“Abbiamo trascorso due settimane piacevoli e senza nessun problema. L'hotel è accogliente, il servizio gentilissimo, la posizione e la disponibilità del parcheggio, ottimi. Utilissima anche la possibilità di avere sia la WiFi che le telefonate urbane gratuite. Se dobbiamo lamentare qualcosa è solo per la frequenza delle pulizie (1 volta la settimana) ed i materassi un pò troppo 'duri'. A parte questo, consigliamo vivamente a tutti il Candlewood Suites Newport News.”
