“We chose this hotel for 3 nights because of the location, the suite, and the pool/hot tub. It was close to many good restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good variety - something for everyone. The staff was friendly and nice. It is a common place to stay for lots of school / tour groups! However, they were well behaved and the walls and floors are well insulated. I attempt to make changes, Expedia says there’s been a mistake try again. I try in the app twice same issue. I try online, I get a green check. I go about my business. I get an email on the day I supposedly changed asking me how my check in process went 🙄 All in all - my change wasnt processed and no one...

“The only reason I assessed this hotel as OK is because it is priced reasonably low and we had a comfortable night sleep. It took 90 minutes to change the batteries of the smoke detector in our room, which was chirping. The outside property is not well kept. We stayed at this hotel because the location was favorable and they accepted pets, though they apparently changed that policy since the time I made the reservation. It will do for a night's stay if you don't want to spend much, but we won't...
