“The room, the beds and beddings were very clean and comfortable. The environment was very clean and quiet. Parking was very adequate. In the dinning room, food was good but sometimes it's only one person serving too many people. Needs to be looked into. The staff generally courteous.”

“My husband and I stayed one night here so we could attend a concert at the Allstate Arena. The women’s restroom on the first floor of the lobby area was out of order and the breakfast was good. The ice machine on the 3rd floor didn’t work at all so we couldn’t get ice for our room. We would stay again if we had too.”

“Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again.”

“This is my first time to live Sheraton hotel far away downtown, but it really surprised me! Very clean, and quiet. I get a good sleep and feel comfortable. Big space and enough privacy. I will definitely to choose this hotel for next Chicago trip!”

“Last minute booking for a layover…not great, dingy, did not feel clean, toilet seat was falling off. Fine for a five hour snooze but would not somewhere I would choose under any other circumstance.”
