“The staff was bery responsive when we asked for help, making our refrigerator run colder. We could easily adjust the temperature in the room to our liking. The breakfast was fairly good, although the egg patties could have been better and some breakfast potatoes would have been nice. The bathroom was quite tight & had a very low toilet, and the room signage in the second floor hallway was confusing because it separated out the odd from even room numbers.. “They are in process of renovating, so new paint and carpet, door had post-it notes to tell the room numbers. But our first room had a window that was cracked open and didn’t shut (it was -13 outside), 2nd room was ok… but you couldn’t turn on the sink unless you used 2 hands. Fridge was so loud we ended up unplugging it so we could sleep. Beds were new but the linens felt either cheap or dirty… No pool or hot tub like the pictures on the website showed.
