“Right in town and incredibly comfortable and quiet. The room is big so it was great having the fireplace and later the reverse cycle, so a nice option in winter. Gunderoo is definitely small but it’s an excellent option if you want to stay out of Canberra for the night and the food options are great.”

“Firstly the rooms are in poor condition. Paint flaking off walls, stains on carpet, towel rail missing and no shelf or anywhere to put soap in shower. Air conditioner extremely loud and the guard on the fan in unit broken. The Curtain does not cover the whole window so sun light streams in from first light. “If you just need a place to sleep while travelling, then this motel is comfortable enough. Our room was quiet small but it had everything you need for a small stay.”

“The property is a great choice for a break in our long drive north. A variety of room choices with exceptional cleanliness and upkeep. Being set back from the road ensured a peaceful sleep and the 15 minute walk into town was pleasant.”
