“Everything worked except the lighters”

“Place was excessively dirty. Water in the bathroom couldn’t reach warm temperature. I practically had to break the handle over to the left to get a little bit of warm water. The same with the shower all of a sudden you wood wind up getting a blast of cold water. ”

However, the service didn’t quite live up to the surroundings. I believe great hospitality is all about the little things, and a few details were missed during my visit: A Slow Welcome: After a long flight delay, I arrived around 8:00 PM. “Place is great only complaint is Expedia tells you it is a continental breakfast included and that is not true which was disappointing considering we were flying out in the morning so we wanted to eat breakfast beforehand but the restaurant cost was a little pricey. ”
