“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“We never received an additional deposit they required at time of check in even though our room was paid in full and card on file. It was an additional 68$. Then we were charged $12 for the two small bottled waters in our room. We won’t be back. ”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“I didnt realize that Candlewood Suites has no morning breakfast and that was a let down. I like IHG hotels but may not stay at CW Suites in the future if they dont have breakfast”

“Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.”

“The over all stay was great just had issues with check in they didn’t have the room we reserved we had to change rooms the next day we booked a suite and had to stay in a room with 1 king bed and a pull out couch for 4 people but the next day we where able to get our suite ”

“Whole property stinks of weed! Smokers everywhere.. The pictures are deceiving. There were flies in the hallway and mold in window seals! Very old and dirty rooms, broken tiles in bathroom, and noisy floor! No Microwave, No fridge.. Terrible experience! ”

“Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.”
