The small details the property management team prioritized were highly appreciated (i.e. coffee and sugar available and ready for your morning coffees - so amazing when you arrive in the later evening and can't get to a grocery store!!). “Horrible. The property totally misrepresented the amenities. The hot tub, sauna and pool were out of commission for months. None of those amenities were available. I canceled but the place refused to give me my money back saying I missed the 24 hour cancelation period. Yes, after booking they sent an an email late at night saying those amenities weren't available and I had 24 hours to check my email and then cancel. Stay far away from this property. ”

“This was our first visit to Revelstoke and loved every single minute, mainly because of our wonderful condo. Our best friend lives in the same unit and we were only a few doors down from her place. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfy. The entire unit was clean. Your company made our 1st trip to Revelstoke unforgettable as everything was a 5 star. Also, whenever we contacted your company w/any questions, we received an answer right away....
