“I was going through a personal time when I checked into the hotel and an accelerated with my personal time of rescuing my autistic son from my ex-husband and they moved mountains for me. All the staff was very helpful warm and loving everything was perfect and this is where we will be staying any place that I go is at the Sandman hotel. A special note to the Sandman Hotel in Kelowna for the lady who was the supervisor I believe of the cleaning staff I’m not sure she was on site in the evenings...

“Bed horrible, mattress cover still damp hair in bathtub floor dirty. Pavement outside all chipped and easy to trip ”

“Room service says available was not Front desk agent did not understand me was hard to talk to Smells are overpowering in rooms some guests may not like smells used for cleaning ”

“I had a good experience good night sleep quiet, good staff comfortable bed and a nice breakfast in the morning. Would recommend to anybody traveling.”
