“Prima le cose positive: la metro è a 2 minuti, linee 4 e 5, comodissime. La stazione è sporca, puzza, con i topi, ma è roba comune a NY. L'hotel è in una zona isolata e poco rassicurante ma l'accoglienza è buona e il personale abbastanza disponibile. Le stanze invece sono piccole, ma sfruttate al massimo della praticità. Niente armadio, comunque. Pulizia così così, il letto a castello di mio figlio non è mai stato rifatto in 5 giorni. Il nodo è la presenza a fianco del letto del lavandino ma...

They refused to switch my room from a single room to a double bed room, TWICE. Front desk claimed they’re weren’t any double bed rooms available, but have that as a choice on their website. Refused to refund me for both nights and im still in a single bed room.”
