“Breakfast could have been better. It was the same every day. It would have been nice for us weekly patrons to have something different. Waffles were small and cold.”

“I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room.”

“Pool closed by health department & being used as storage for room renovations Fitness center closed for renovation Breakfast barely present - instead of the full breakfast pictured, there were some sketchy scrambled eggs, a few slices of bread to toast, a couple small prepackaged muffins, a single prepackaged portion of juice, a few apples, a couple kinds of cereal, and a coffee carafe Room was badly overdue for remodeling - bathtub had a chip missing near the drain, jacuzzi tub had a hole...

“The place was smelling cigarettes especially the elevator and hallway. The air conditioner was dusty . I could not sleep well.”

“Property is really nice but a little dated decor wise. But the big rooms are a great thing with so many chains downsizing these days. ”

“Bathroom floors could have used a sweeping and carpet a vacuum. But, room was large enough and comfortable. The beds a little firm for my liking. Great pillows though!”

“Great location with great amenities. It is very popular for hockey and other sports families so it is very busy and full of kids running around. It was clean and the hotel bar and kitchen was great to have as an option for food and drinks.”

“The room was nice and what was needed for my stay. However, if it wasn’t for the staff being so friendly, I wouldn’t have stayed. I found a tick on my side after laying on the bed, but thankfully didn’t find anymore. Definitely not somewhere I will ever stay again. ”

“Our room had a strong smell like someone had cooked food (onion smell) in it. Room was clean but very dark . Could you another lamp. The price was very reasonable and hotel was very clean ”
