“Room was smelly and old ”

“Aufgrund des Bads würde ich nicht wieder in diese Unterkunft kommen. Es gibt keine wirkliche Badezimmertür, sondern nur eine Art Rolltür, mit großem Spalt, was dadurch eher nur als Sichtschutz fungiert. Wirklich jedes Geräusch ist dadurch im Schlafzimmer hörbar, schrecklich! Das Zimmer war schön, auch das Hotel an sich, doch das Bad hat alles kaputt gemacht.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all friendly and welcoming at reception and at breakfast at Water’s Edge. It would help if reception reminds guests that their room includes breakfast abalso gives direction as to where the pool, bar, and restaurant is located. There aren’t a lot of signs to help you navigate. The property is beautiful and has walking paths that we really enjoyed. There is also outdoor seating and a dome with seating if it’s chilly out. “Very clean and comfortable room and bed. The location is perfect for shopping and dining! I would definitely recommend, and I will certainly book again ”

“Parking was horrible they don’t tell until the last minute at check in that’s it’s $30 a night for parking. And with the being said you could not park by the hotel you had to walk 2 blocks to get a parking spot horrible just horrible $30 to walk 2 blocks ”

“Only negative I have is that you park in their parking lot which ha alot of spots and they charge you . Doesnt make sense why you pay for parking when you are staying at the hotel.”

“The overall stay was ok. (Parking and breakfast). Staff were nice. The room was the most dissatisfied of the stay. It had a musty smell to it which probably the rug needs to be cleaned. The air/heat conditioner was so loud that it was hard to sleep. You could also hear vehicles on the road maybe from the highway close by. They clean rooms every other day. WiFi was a bit challenging as well.”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”
