“We booked at a Hilton expecting a certain standard of quality. Instead it felt more like a motel 6. The shower was awful-water sprayed out way too hard and the showerhead doesn’t adjust. Towels were rough. The lady at check in acted as if she was annoyed to be working-barely any eye contact. Room was tiny and dark. Overall, a disappointing experience. ”

“When we visit Dallas, this Hotel is our Go to place.
Kind staff. Cait checked us in and was very courteous and pleasant to talk to.
Rooms are neat, spacious and quiet.
Breakfast is the icing on top.
They also have a basketball court which is a highlight for my kid.

“The 4th floor smelled so bad. I thought it was maybe the ice machine but then realized that the smell was everywhere. The sink and the shower in the room, smelled like the water traps hadn’t been flushed or the building had an issue with its sewer line. I felt it was unsafe to use the water, so I ran out to my car, to grab bottled water, to ensure I had water to drink and water to brush my teeth and wash my face with. I’ll never stay there again.
