“Staff were fantastic!”

“We had a wonderful stay. We arrived later than the reception was manned, however the check-in details we were sent were impeccable. Very clear, step by step instructions. We also asked for the pool to be opened a little early so we could swim before check out and a late check out. The staff were more than helpful and accommodating. We got to have a swim and an 11am check out. Will be recommending people to stay here and we’ll be back too.”

“I stayed at RACV Goldfields resort for 1 night as I was in Ballarat for the marathon. I couldnt believe the size of the room when I opened the door, it was huge, it even had a spa bath! I had to go back into my emails to check how much I paid for the night, as surely I paid much more than what I thought! But no, it was so reasonable priced for the room I was given. The reason I'm giving a middle review of because the room I stayed in - Room 10 - was incredibly loud at night as it sits above the gambling / game room.
