“Three coulples shared this house for a music convention being held at the nearby Pasadena Civic Auditorium and it was a great solution for our 4 night stay. Each room was well decorated, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were sufficient for our needs. The living room was a bit small for the 6 of us but we made it work. We loved sitting out in the beautiful front yard enjoying the amazing weather. The host was helpful and attentive. We did figure out the Nest thermostat although it is a...

“Larry was very polite and welcoming and the bungalow was perfect for our 3 night stay for the Rose Bowl festivities! We were only a couple of miles from the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl stadium. The bungalow was spotless, well stocked and most importantly cozy and quiet, allowing a nice place to relax between our busy activities. It rained a LOT, but didn’t impact the quality of our stay. We hope to return when there is some of that famous Southern California sunshine. Go IU! ”

“We had an amazing time in Alyse's house. We were visiting LA with friends. This house was perfect for 2 couples, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. House is well furnished and very clean. The view of the hills is amazing from the patio. Highly recommend this housr”

“Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. ”
