“Made 3 reservations to cover 10 nights. Marriott DID NOT link reservations so my family was forced to change rooms two times. Leave pool, 100 degrees temps, to move clothes, luggage, food, frozen , and beach toys TWICE. All family members upset. Vacation RUINED!!!!!”

“This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this.”

“The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but the hallway smelled like sewage. It definitely was not worth $350 a night.”

“The bathroom was not what was displayed online. We did not get master tub and the shower filled up past our ankles when showering. It would not drain unless water off. Also the bathroom door was damaged and would not close all the way, there was a large crack where u can see in. No true privacy. The resort itself was nice but room not as expected or worth the price.”

“The property was excellent; we loved the location and the owners were very responsive. The only drawback has nothing to do with the unit, but Amelia Beach properties in general, and that's parking. Guests get 2 passes. We only had one vehicle, so in theory, finding a spot would not be an issue. Throw in the 4th of July and residents allowing their friends in en masse to watch the fireworks, and it's a situation. A policeman was on scene, but his response was he was just 'security'. The...
