Hotel a Burlington

“The beds were very hard, I believe I could have gotten better rest sleeping on the floor. There was a huge crack in the shower floor. No Continental breakfast offered.”

“Melody at the front desk and the breakfast crew were exceptional!”

“Greg and Corrinne were very patient, understanding, helpful, and kind when we woke up to a flat tire and had to get it replaced on a Sunday morning when we were expected to check out.”

“Newly renovated rooms are more then asked, for the price.”

“Clean room”

“Staff at check in were friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was barely warm and bland. Pool was drained with no communication of pool not being available prior to arrival. Hotel should have been prepared for large crowd since it was one of the required hotels for a stay to play athletic event.”

“Seems like they were about to do some updating, like the light was removed and patched but not properly painted. The sink had no aerator, so water was all over the place. Got bites in legs while sleeping.”

“Good breakfast”

“This was a normal hotel. Nothing to write home about. It was a last minute decision to stay here and it served its purpose.”

“Everything was great. The only criticism is we were charged $5 as an “amenities” fee. When I asked what that was the receptionist say the IHG group has recently started charging this; that amenities included sheets, towels and soaps. I complain, not only because since when can towels and sheets at a hotel be “amenities” but also it was a surprise extra charge.”

“Room 225. Very dirt room and bathroom. No towels or new toilet paper. Hair and pee on floor and bathroom door. Breakfast was awful. No drinks for kids only coffee. 2 cereals and waffles is not a breakfast.”

“shower was terrible, very poor outlet, water amount, could not move it for different height ppl. got up in morning for breakfast, went at 6:30 (was supposed to start at 6) heat tray was "out of order" waffle maker was not set up and ready, nor was waffle batter. 2 apples,3 banana's, some bread? that is what you call breakfast? thank goodness Bob Evans was just across the street. ”

“We literally slept there only. Hole in the shower wall. Bug traps visible. The building is really in bad shape. Everything needs updating. Fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. Bed was very comfortable that’s why 3 stars. It was very quiet no complaints there. We were visiting family so just slept there. It’s a great location. If they would invest in their business they could have something special in that little town.”
