“Camera rumorosa situata nel retro attaccata all’ autostrada ,Wi-Fi assolutamente mal funzionante in camera, polvere, camere vecchie da modernizzare, personale alla reception senza un’ombra di cordialità e di customer service. Mi chiedo come questa struttura possa avere ricevuto recensioni così alte. Pagato per 2 notti, andata via dopo la prima. ”

“Front desk check in was super easy, the staff were able to check me into my room much earlier than 3pm which was very helpful. Check out was also very easy. My only suggestion would be for the airport shuttle to have a set schedule instead of on demand so that you can plan for a ride rather than hoping the shuttle will be there when you ask for it. We ended up taking an uber to the airport. Overall really great stay, loved the pool!”

“Spent 2 nights here and the rooms were clean, trendy furniture both inside the room and throughout the hotel. The front desk staff, Nisha, and waitress, Debbie, were amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.”

“Good hotel, 5 minutes from airport. The on site parking was $10 and the entrance and exit were protected by a full automated door.”

“Breakfast was fair, not great. We didn't park. The shuttle from the airport took TWO HOURS and the driver and dispatchers were rude. There was a mixup with the shuttle to the cruise ship, and again the desk clerk as rude and not helpful. I will not stay here again, amd Hampton/Hilton is usually my choice. The evening clerk (Madison) was very nice and helpful. She helped us choose a dinner location and was very pleasant. ”

“Great hotel just don’t get the room overlooking pool noisy and they must leave the music on at night somewhere down stairs we could hear it all night. Plus freeway noisy that side of hotel. Other wise great staff, held the baggage until room ready, food nearby walking distance. Check out a breeze. Free Shuttle from airport and a paid shuttle to cruise ship. Worked great!”

“Location was very good, near the airport and only 7 min by car to the beach. Breakfast was simple and good and all the staff we encountered was kind. The room was clean and modern and the cherry on top was the free parking. A few things we didn’t like: the pool water was misty and they charged us 2 dollar for each peace of luggage we left the reception after the check out (no other hotel in our trip did it).”

“Budget friendly hotel near Holiday Beach and FLL. Hotel felt little old. Breakfast wait times were longer than usual as it was prepared and served and not a buffet. We enjoyed pool and it was well maintained.”

“I was tired and very hungry after all day flight. I ate at the cafe in the lobby. Unfortunately, the food was served cold and it was unappealing. I wished that I had eaten a snack at the airport.”
