Hotel vicino a CERES Community Environment Park - Melbourne

“The location is great very convenient close to the train station , tram and Sydney road. The property was very clean and tidy. The communication with the hotel staff was on point and very efficient they were all so helpful. However, they lost a few stars based on the hardness of the bed. It was not comfortable. Also before booking the property we weren’t aware there was a bond. We found out afterwards. Plus they don’t release the bond straight away. It can take up to a week to get it back so...

“I opted for this hotel as prices in town had spiked up. The reality is quite far from what you see on internet. It is a decent place but could improve on cleanliness (carpeted floor is below acceptable, especially if you have a dust allergy - I suggest they get a better vacuum cleaner as a starting step). Staff is nice and most helpful. The area offers quite a different take on greater Melbourne.”

“Efficient clean small hotel room with mini kitchen and laundry with comfortable bed. I looked forward to the balcony but my first floor balcony had 6' walls around it, in an alley without any sunlight , and had a neighbouring bright security light and camera on it so felt more like a prison yard.. I was disappointed that the pictures online showed a bar/food type area for socializing and there was none where I stayed. No resto/bar on site but some provisions (chips, pop, bottles) were on sale...

“the hotel is located 3km from the city center and outside the free tram zone. the tram stop is anyway just across the road and bikes can be rented. the personnel at the reception is extremely kind and always ready to help, really outstanding. i like the atmosphere of this hotel which looks like an informal art gallery where the guests are invited to express their artistic side. the room is clean always with nice artistic touches. our room didn' have a pleasant view, just the offices very very...
