“I was part of a wedding party where 40 rooms were booked. The was only one server and busboy. We had to wait over a half hour before getting our food. It was tasty but late. This caused us to be late for our off-site spa day and we were penalized for it. The pool spa was broken and there were only two working umbrellas on the patio. The management was terrible.”

“Per il check in anticipato mi hanno chiesto $25! Scandaloso!! Arrivo spesso negli hotel in anticipo anche di 6-7 ore dall'orario del check in e, se la stanza è già pronta, me la danno senza alcun sovraprezzo!Una cortesia in più che, al momento di lasciare una recensione sulla struttura, vale di sicuro tanto...invece domandando $25 si sono dimostrati davvero scortesi. Negativo. Peccato perché la struttura è accogliente e pulita. ”

“The hotel was close to the airport and easy to get there. It was clean and all the staff members were very helpful. The room was larger than the photos and the pool was well maintained and clean. I am 6' and the shower with a standard shower head was a little hard to get everything wet and clean. Minor issue and not worth knocking any stars off. Excellent hotel and I would definitely stay again. Also breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices.”
